Always well looked after at Richlands Medical Centre.
So today 22/08/25 my daughter calls for a phone consultation at 7am because she has flu like symptoms and possible tonsilitis and was told "no sorry" call back on Monday by a very rude receptionist. We have been told many times to call when they open as they keep some appointments for on the day ailments. It is your policy that sick patients showing any form of flu like symptoms to not attend in person but to request a carpark or phone consultation. She now has to go all weekend with no treatment and suffer. Not good enough!... read more
