this place used to be good. It was our go to. But not only is the Nurse here not skilled as other places, the Dr here does not care for their patient. I took my kid to get vaccine and every single time they bleeds. This is not as common when i took them elsewhere. The dr here dismiss your concern and always ask to get vaccine done to make more money. What finally pushes me away was when she called our name from her room door instead of coming out to the front to get us like other normal drs.
I wish I could give -1 star. The dr is fine. But the reception is the worst of the worst. They lose paperwork. They are Vietnamese but they keep asking an old lady if she can speak English. You are hired for a reason, to help the Vietnamese elderly. Also they book the time wrong, they did not communicate well with referrals such as MRI. Don’t waste your time here.
