I have been going to Richlands General Practice for few years. Dr Mai Nguyen is very professional and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She is thorough in diagnosis. She listens to you, ask questions to help correct diagnosis. She also answers your questions and explains clearly. For an urgent appointment, l saw Dr Thang Truong. Great practice, super friendly girls on reception and Dr Ivana and Dr Irena are both empathetic, very thorough, extremely personable and friendly. The nurse working in the pathology department was also extremely friendly and highly skilled. I am new to the area and so glad I found this practice. :)

I’ve been a patient of Richlands General Practice for a while now and consistently have a great experience. Both Dr Tran Le and Dr Mai Nguyen are genuinely kind, take the time to listen, and never make me feel rushed. They’re thorough, supportive, and always explain things clearly. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful.
