Great practice, super friendly girls on reception and Dr Ivana and Dr Irena are both empathetic, very thorough, extremely personable and friendly. The nurse working in the pathology department was also extremely friendly and highly skilled. I am new to the area and so glad I found this practice. :)

I’ve been a patient of Richlands General Practice for a while now and consistently have a great experience. Both Dr Tran Le and Dr Mai Nguyen are genuinely kind, take the time to listen, and never make me feel rushed. They’re thorough, supportive, and always explain things clearly. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful.
Wonderful family practice, very helpful and kind.
Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Tran Lee. I have been attending this clinic for the past 2 years and have found Dr Tran Le to be very patient and meticulous in her approach.
