I’ve been a patient of Richlands General Practice for a while now and consistently have a great experience. Both Dr Tran Le and Dr Mai Nguyen are genuinely kind, take the time to listen, and never make me feel rushed. They’re thorough, supportive, and always explain things clearly. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful.

deeply unpleasant experience during my consultation today with Dr. Tran Le. I came to the clinic with a serious concern about a lump in my breast. However, less than a minute into the consultation, the doctor simply asked if I had a history of cancer and immediately referred me for an ultrasound without examining the area or asking any further relevant questions.
