anesthesia not administered properly could actually feel the pain from tooth being removed.
No confidentiality. Senior dentist gave me someone else appointment for X-ray with private info on it. Then now sent me a cancelation for my appointment due in the afternoon asking me to call back for another appointment but noone to answer my calls.
Cancelled my appointment but did not advise me any information. This place has no privacy/confidentiality, The staff are not up to date with appointments after given IDs still still asking Dob in front of everyone in room. There was communication at all, I have been sitting there for half an hour. Unprofessional, poor customer service
