First time coming here today with my daughter, after being unsatisfied with my daughter's previous dentist. We were booked in with Dr Ann, and we were very happy with our treatment! Dr Ann was so caring, kind, and extremely patient when discussing my complex medical conditions, and explained how my cancer, and radiation therapy can effect my teeth. She was also very understanding of my daughter's troublesome dental health too, unlike her previous dentist. I told her, I had a tooth extracted around 8 years ago, and besides th... read more
Dr Ann and her team were great. Dr Ann took the time to explain everything well and made sure that I understood everything.
Very well mannered and excellent service.
The dentist had no empathy for my fear of pain. He was dismissive and made me feel terrible during my check up and clean. At the end he said, "if you're going to be this anxious.....", and then didnt finish his sentence. He turned around and sat on his chair to type notes in his computer and ignored me, didn’t try to help me calm down. He never said goodbye, or talked to me.
