If I could give NO stars, I would. First of all, as he stated, he doesn't need your business. That's your first clue he doesn't care! I've had dogs my entire 58 years. Occasionally, they throw up. So you call a carpet cleaner to help you. Never in all of my years, in other states, and in other countries, has a carpet cleaner been so incompetent, so egotistical, and so rude when his cleaning turned out to be sub par... One stain, one very common pet stain, that stayed after his subpar cleaning, took him 2 weeks to return. Ful... read more
Best carpet cleaner around. Was on time and had nice equipment. He removed stains that I doubted would ever come out. Highly recommend. Priced right and executed the job!!
Before the cleaning I was concerned some stains wouldn't come out, but the carpets look great, no more stains, and we are happy with the service! The guy was very professional too 😊
