So, long story short, my mother put me on her bank account to handle her finances (I use Ally and a credit union for myself) and she has been at this bank for about twenty years or more. My opinion is this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, not customer service or anything but their business practices. I've never seen such predator fees in my life. $3.00 for everyday your bank account is overdrawn which doesn't include the normal fee of about $35.00 (No other bank I've done business with has done this) and a fee of $3... read more
