The quality of work they produce compared to when mike ruckman and Bob Napier had it is night and day the work now is poor quality there striping is not what it use to be the sealcoating is definitely not what it once was and the hot pour yea I won't even go there and as for there crew they all look overwhelmed and over weight they use to have a great crew there years ago that cared about the quality of work that was being done I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place
The absolute worst contractor experience I've ever had. Richland Sealcoating was chosen to seal our neighborhood months in advance and as such it made sense to have them do our driveway at the same time. On the day of the neighborhood sealing, with inclement weather looming, I went out to discuss scheduling and logistics in regards to my drive with the project manager (Andy). This conversation quickly devolved into Andy becoming angry and ended with him screaming expletives at my wife and I as I walked back down my driveway.... read more
