I visited a patient we do in Homecare with. I did not know he had a contagious condition as I did not see the sign. My bad. So a nurse is SCREAMING at me from 200 ft away. Mind you this disease is only spread through mouth. I have not been spoken to that bad in I can't remember. A nurse named Laura or Laurie, dark hair. She was the most unprofessional healthcare staff I have Ever encountered! I can only imagine how she speaks to patients & their family. This is the worst place I have ever seen they ignore patients they leave them in filth they leave them alone and screaming while workers hardly doing anything they are rude to paients you complain and noone listens.
The care our mom received by the staff was so loving, caring and gentle. Eva, Maria, Ashley and Smita and the stafff were so very kind! Highly recommend the facility.
