Really grateful to Tiffany and the other people working at transportation. They have been great communicators and even helped my son with finding his hoodie he left in the bus
I wish I could give no stars at all they don’t deserve it . They don’t do anything about their bus drivers leaving when they’re not supposed to leave a bus stop yet . I’ve talked to Kyle who keeps letting the bus drivers get off with a warning or probably none at all . They’re so incompetent. Bus drivers are supposed to wait a bus stop where there are many children and wait about 3 minutes after the allotted time to give an opportunity for the other children to get there . School bus has not shown up twice this year and is late every pick up. No communication and kids waiting at bus stops in frigid temps. This is has been an on going problem for the last two years. Cmon, get your act together Richland!
Bus route 115 is soooooo slow be and my friend waited 45 minutes
