Recommendedit's a safe community clean & well taken care of.very beautifull
Extremely high water bills for two bedroom apartment with 3 occupants. My electricity bill is roughly half of my water bill. Called city of Richardson to find out why my water bill is too high. I was told they bill the whole apartment complex and the apartment complex divide the bill for each apartment. Seems like they are making huge profits on utility bills as well. Stay away from this apartment complex unless you want to pay on average more than 100 dollar for your water bill.
