I was traveling through Roswell recently when I had some DEF Issues pop up on my relatively new pickup. I called up Richland first thing on a Monday morning explained my issue and the lady that answered said if you can bring it in ASAP we can squeeze it in and see what’s going on. Again I’m traveling so I was very grateful. Tommy was the first to help me and he was great with giving me facts on the vehicles I test drove. Freddie and Johnny really took the time to ensure that I was getting something I loved and something that was best suitable for my family. I had a great experience and will recommend them time and time again!
The gentleman that kept me informed was very helpful , his name is Kent, he kept me up to date on vehicle while it was in the shop, I did not meet James but I understood that he dealt with GM with my warranty which I appreciate very much, the only bad experience I had was with a lady they call Delores, she is a very unpleasant person and needs to attend a customer service, class. Eye contact and a pleasant attitude is very important when working at a business
