There are some wonderful people at Richland. Unfortunately, those people aren’t in a position to do anything with the current general manager. The owners of the company I believe, are some fair and caring people. However, if you don’t eliminate the cause of the problem it will just continue to get worse. There are some wonderful people here. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their work. I was skeptical at first with the reviews being negative for the most part. Then I found out that new ownership took place a little over 5 years ago. I’ve always taken reviews with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to the workplace. Most of the time no one goes to speak positively about a company, but load it up negatively. I’m truly glad I came to work here and look forward to a wonderful career.
