Never have I been to a more unprofessional, filthy, and all around bad hospital. Been there about 3 times in 4 years. Even most of the doctors there have no confidence in what they're doing. I will never use this Hospital under any circumstance again! I had some medical care and surgery done. The Hospital received 97% payment in full from Medicare, Supplemental Insurance and the payments I was making. I had a signed Payment Plan with them and was making the payments on time. That was not good enough for them, they Illegally canceled the plan and demanded full payment. I cannot say enough good about this hospital. My father was seen in the ER, then admitted to the hospital and then moved to the ICU. All of the staff from reception, to nursing, to respiratory therapy were phenomenal. The nursing staff were patient, compassionate and made sure to communicate to my family about what was happening throughout his stay. Find another hospital. This is by far the worst hospital. My father was admitted, I stayed in the room with him. The nurses would only open the door to ask me how he was doing. I wale up freezing cold, touch my father's skins...he's freezing cold. I pull the blanket up only to see him covered in blood. I notify staff and they clean everything thing up but never took a hemoglobin test. They then release him with a very low blood pressure reading. My father was sent home from the emergency room unable to stand and walk at 89 years old at 12:30 a.m. it went downhill from there and he passed that day.
