Dr. Pusateri is amazing in the emergency department. He is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. My family has had him a few times and has been very consistent with his exceptional care.

Terribly unprofessional! Their “midwife” Laci Banker completely neglects her patients, does not return calls for WEEKS on end and they have absolutely no ability to transfer medical records when you finally decide to change medical providers. Stay as far away from this ses-pool as best as you can!

Unless you are going to bleed to death in 30 minutes, go to Madison. And even then, I'd still try to go elsewhere. Never have I been to a more unprofessional, filthy, and all around bad hospital. Been there about 3 times in 4 years. Even most of the doctors there have no confidence in what they're doing. TWICE I've had them tell me to go to madison. $1100 AFTER insurance, they wrapped my burned foot up with food grade saran wrap, and told me to drive to Madison. Joke of a staff. I will never use this Hospital under any circumstance again! I had some medical care and surgery done. The Hospital received 97% payment in full from Medicare, Supplemental Insurance and the payments I was making. I had a signed Payment Plan with them and was making the payments on time. That was not good enough for them, they Illegally canceled the plan and demanded full payment.
