Excellent job installing my home generator
If a 10-star rating were available, I would give it! My Kohler generator was having "issues"! It would not start. I called Richland Home Power, talked with Jeramie and described what was happening. Jeramie said, "I will send my son, Lucas, over. He is certified to work on Kohler generators." Lucas thoroughly cleaned the generator, identified the problem and has the generator up and running. Absolutely incredible experience. Jeremy, Lucas and The Master Jim were outstanding in every way. Requested a quote from Generac on Saturday morning around 10. Even though they were closed Jeremy called around 11. Appt scheduled for Monday at 1. We accepted the offer and our standby generator was installed on Tuesday. Propane upgrade was finished by Wednesday and activation finalized on Thursday. Im told a new world record for Richland Home Power. Hands down these guys get it done. Richland Home Power came very promptly when called. Figured out my problem. Got the parts and fixed my generator the next day. Great service. Highly recommend!!!
