Communication and service have been excellent. Generator was installed and operating exactly as we were told. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with.
excellent service. I wanted our generator serviced for preventative maintenance. They did a great job, took their time, did it right. Recommend them highly. Update: I had an issue with the transfer switch during an outage, called, they came right out and fixed it. Awesome service. Reasonable. Highly recommend them.
Just before we were expecting severe snowstorms, I noticed the red service light was lit on our generator. Within an hour after I spoke with Jeramie on the phone, Lucas was here. He had the generator running within just a few minutes. How comforting it is to know that Richland Home Power is there to service our generator when needed. I am beyond grateful for Richland Home Power. We trust them completely to service our generator. Their prompt response and attention to detail is unmatched! Thank you Lucas and Jeramie!
