Richland is a great school for students to prosper and grow but it is sad that these individuals disrespected a flag that represents our country and the men and woman that gave their life's to fight for the USA flag. Purple Heart Drive runs right past the school! Make sure these kids understand that people are passionate about our flag because loved ones lost, injured or time devoted fighting for that flag! God Bless America!
I have fam memers in the military past and present. My g.uncle still carries shrapnel in him to this day. My grandpa god rest his soul. To see your students stand on and flip the flag off is disrespect to those who faught for what it stands for.
I don't understand how people can blame an entire school for something 3 students did. There are alot of good kids that go to Richland who definitely are embarrassed and upset with what these kids did. Richland is a great school and has done a lot of good for so many people. I'm proud to be part of Richland.
Absolutely loved attending Richland from elementary to high school! So many amazing teachers, faculty members and students. Wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. #Rampride
I used to have respect for your school, both academically and competitively, being from the area. Unfortunately, due to recent events involving a few of your students, that respect has been called into question. I understand the Supreme Court's ruling on punishment involving the Flag Code, however, this is not to be taken lightly.
