This place needs to be investigated. Visited friends here that are young and just getting started in life. They signed a lease several months ago. Have asked many times for a simple mailbox key and have yet to get it. The rent has raised on more than one occasion. Water and trash, both or one or the other was supposed to be included yet on various months they are charged. They're kids, they are scared to complain for fear of getting kicked out.
