"You need to do what we are asking you when we ask you so that we can get this done" stated Mark Ritchie to my crying 6 year old son making him cry harder. Mr. Ritchie asked my son to raise his hand when he needed a break. When my son raised his hand for a break he was told by Mr.Richie to "Hold on we are almost done. Open your mouth."
