"You need to do what we are asking you when we ask you so that we can get this done" stated Mark Ritchie to my crying 6 year old son making him cry harder. Mr. Ritchie asked my son to raise his hand when he needed a break. When my son raised his hand for a break he was told by Mr.Richie to "Hold on we are almost done. Open your mouth." Mr. Richies tone was very unprofessional. Waited 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time to have my son treated with disrespect.
