They did a great job on my wife's bag, however when it came to them doing a military hat for me they still didn't have it done after 3 months. I kept getting all kinds of excuses on why it wasn't getting done. I finally had to tell them to forget it. I'll go somewhere else and have one made. Very disappointed with the lack of communication on their part, and their willingness to do the hat.....
She does very good work I gave her a short time line right before Christmas and she delivered and exceeded expectations she is now working on another item for me
She did a fantastic repair on my leather coat and her prices are fair! I ‘d recommend this shop to anyone.
