Sadly, this office has gone down hill quite dramatically. Though painting the outside the quality of service inside theory seems to now be, "take it or leave it and move on."

They are a life-saver! Very professional and with Corvid-19 safety in mind. I brought my cat "LuLu" in because she was very sick and was going downhill very fast. The worked her in and within hours she was back to her self again. Provided total procedures with meds and follow-up. Professional

Everyone needs to know that this office is greedy and not really interested in the pets and their owners. With the Pet Med Mobile, which we have used for a few years, I would have thought differently until what just happened to us! Please be advised, if for some reason you need to order something as simple as a flea and tick medicine for your dog, thru a service like 800-Pet-Meds, this clinic will refuse to work with you to get it done. Absolute worst Vet experience I've ever had. Let me start by saying that the Doctor and the Vet Tech that assisted it were nice and informative for the most part, but the overall experience was lacking severely. Two days ago a pitbull was wondering around the yard, so long story short I lured her into the backyard to see if she was ok. She had two white fungus or scarring spots on her nose. When I lived in Geeenville, Richland Creek was my preferred vet. They have very reasonable prices (often much, much less than every other vet I’ve dealt with) but still maintain high quality service to their clients.

I just returned from Richland Creek and wanted to write a review for those of you that might be looking for a Vet. I have a 9 year old mixed cat that is my best friend. I would pay anything for her health and happiness for all that she brings to my life. With that being said... First off, I took her to the Cat Clinic for eight years, paying higher prices and for someone who specializes in cats. The were very helpful in getting me an alternate way to give my dog his meds. I have no problem with them except they don't take checks and I had to go get cash. I do not have a debit card and did not want to use credit. Next time I take cash with me.

Wonderful place with friendly competent staff. They were kind enough to advise me that some of the shots and services that I asked for were not necessary which kept the bill lower than expected. Will continue to bring my pets to Richland Creek
