I can no longer recommend this shop. I've been going to them for about a year and a half to get regular oil changes. I always buy the Groupon, and they've always been super fast. Yesterday, my fiancé insisted on changing my oil. It took him an hour and a breaker bar to wrench the oil filter off. They'd gone so long without changing the filter, that it had begun to fuse to the plastic. I'm so grateful i waited for my fiancé this time. If you value your car, go somewhere else.
I have to say this business doesn’t deserve 1 star. I stopped by this business to get an oil change on Oct 13. The location of the business is in a bad location in NRH. I had to park next door until the parking lot cleared out. One it was clear I pulled in. As I was getting out my vehicle a young man asked me what I needed . I let him know I needed an oil change. Came here for my 2017 Hyundai sonata having timing issues got a lot of quotes from different shops everybody was charging me 3500-4000$ which is insane came to this shop workers was nice and friendly quoted me 2500$ for part and labor and the technician informed me it would be done in less then 4 days which they finished it in 3 days my vehicle runs perfectly no issues at all definitely recommend 10/10 my to go shop from now on thanks to Richland auto care
Very recommended and fast and reliable this is the definition of an auto shop you can trust.
Very professional and reliable people and service i took my vehicle to the dealership to get a transmission service they tried to charge me $2,780 i called richland auto care and they quoted me $890 took my vehicle to them and got it done within 3 days i would give these guys 10 stars if i can very recommended thanks again!
