Loved doing business with Richi! We got a Toyota Corolla 2020 LE from Richi in August 2024. It’s been driving great since then. Richi allowed a pre purchase inspection from an independent auto repair shop. I also took it to the highway and drove over 85 mph to see if there’s any weird noise or vibration. It sailed smoothly. There were some issues with the break and we had to replace the rotors and pads both front and back after buying the car. I wish our experience here was better but unfortunately here we are. The car we were looking at was a 2006 Honda CRV and we were unaware that it needed about $2,000 worth of work for it to even be safe to operate not to mention several other general maintenance things. They agreed to give us our money back back however, they did not honor the implied warranty which both parties has signed and stated that they would fix the car to make it safe to operate if any issues were found within 15 days of purchase.
