I just wanted to give a great big kudos to John, my lab work was sent to them to determine what kind of bacteria is I had. They reached out to me to tell me what it was, there were ten different bacterias and this man took the time to tell me, each of them and spell them all out for me, OMG, most of them were extremely long. I just wanted to say thank you, And I really appreciate the extra time you spent with me on the phone!!!!

I never knew this pharmacy existed, but my mom's doctor found that it makes certain compounds that other don't and today, my mom needed it. When I expressed the urgency to the friendly staff on the phone, I was told they would put STAT on her medicine as they would be closed at 5pm and not open on the weekend. I have a procedure coming up and my doctor’s office informed me one of the medications required could only be filled by Richie’s Specialty Pharmacy, which is almost 200 miles from me, and I was honestly prepared for a bit of a headache. I was so pleasantly surprised. The pharmacy called within a few days of my doctor’s visit, went through my allergies with me, went over the new medication and how to use it, and told me when to expect it in the mail.
