Riches Laundry accepted a job to DRY CLEAN my expensive rug. When it was returned it was completely ruined. It had not been dry cleaned, it has been washed. The underlining had detached from the rug and Riches had tried to glue it back with an adequate glue that left the underside of the rug stained and falling apart.
