I paid for max service on my cc twice to deep clean my company van. The soap on high powered soap was non existent. Just water. Then the brush had so little soap it was like washing with an almost dry brush. I'm 51 and that was the 100% biggest waste of my time and the companies $$. So now I have to find another car wash and do it again. I mean come on its like they turned the soap to it's absolute lowest possible level. What a ripoff!

The last two times that I’ve been to Ritchie’s the chemicals, specifically the soap, were basically non-existent. It’s water coming out of the nozzle. I sprayed my floormats that were hanging up, no bubbles, I went as far as to taste it. Water. I would rather pay $20 and know that I’m at least getting what I paid for. Quick and easy for a do it yourself car wash. Everything well including the vacuums.

The person in front of me broke the soft touch side and no one picks up on any of the phone numbers I tried to call, I just want to make sure I'm not going to be charged for a wash I didn't even get Update: pulled back around to use the touch less and paid for an ultimate wash and it only did the ceramic sealer and a rinse This place is a joke and I won't be back
