Bought the $18 wash for my f350. Started and then immediately ended with no wash. Jack wad behind me had paid for the next wash and unfortunately they have it set up where it cancels the person in there. Total waste of money and nobody answer phone or calls back for refund. Going to file claim with credit card.

I’ve been a customer for a really long time. I got the $15 “Richie’s Best” wash on my truck this morning because I went camping/off roading this past weekend. I knew that my wheel wells and running boards were really muddy. I went through the wash and then drove into work. When I parked my truck I got out and saw a heavy amount of mud still remaining on both my drivers side and passenger side baseboards. One automatic bay was saying in use, but no one was in the bay and the other bay only rinsed half of my truck!

I paid for max service on my cc twice to deep clean my company van. The soap on high powered soap was non existent. Just water. Then the brush had so little soap it was like washing with an almost dry brush. I'm 51 and that was the 100% biggest waste of my time and the companies $$. So now I have to find another car wash and do it again. I mean come on its like they turned the soap to it's absolute lowest possible level. What a ripoff!
