I needed a new inspection sticker and I also had a slow leak in my tire because of a nail. I came into the store and met someone who I assumed to be Richie. Unfortunately, due to connectivity issues on the RMV side he couldn't help me with the sticker. However, he did try to help solve my problem by directing me to 2 other nearby inspection stations. I have gone to this shop for the past three years. There was never a time I went where the issue was solved on the first visit. There was one instance i brought my car here to have work done on it and when i received the car there was a huge 12 inch gash in my passenger side panel. The mechanic on duty gave me the car without telling me there was damage seemingly hoping i wouldnt notice the substantial damage to my car. I brought the car back and they fixed it but it is still noticable that there was damage to the panel at o... read more

Disgusting. I called on my way to confirm they were able to perform a state inspection. The owner told me to “come on down.” When I arrived he told me he couldn’t do it today, but he liked my voice and wanted to meet me. Could not have been a bigger slime ball.

Fine gentleman with personality and spunk! Sold me a car that is so enjoyable. Reasonable and realistic with decisions advice and work ethic . Completes repairs that are absolutely a great value for the money. No one else has worked on my vehicles over the past 6 years since stopping in to meet him. His shop provides a quick turn around on repairs and I highly recommend and trust Ritchie.
