I have gone to this shop for the past three years. There was never a time I went where the issue was solved on the first visit. There was one instance i brought my car here to have work done on it and when i received the car there was a huge 12 inch gash in my passenger side panel. The mechanic on duty gave me the car without telling me there was damage seemingly hoping i wouldnt notice the substantial damage to my car. Disgusting. I called on my way to confirm they were able to perform a state inspection. The owner told me to “come on down.” When I arrived he told me he couldn’t do it today, but he liked my voice and wanted to meet me. Could not have been a bigger slime ball.
Fine gentleman with personality and spunk! Sold me a car that is so enjoyable. Reasonable and realistic with decisions advice and work ethic . Completes repairs that are absolutely a great value for the money. No one else has worked on my vehicles over the past 6 years since stopping in to meet him. His shop provides a quick turn around on repairs and I highly recommend and trust Ritchie.
