I had fast and complete service at a very reasonable price
These guys are amazing people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.
I had originally left a one star review, because after weeks of trying no one had gotten back to me which was frustrating. After my review, Summer did get back to me, apologizing for the delay and we got me booked promptly. The staff is very friendly and i appreciated their helpfulness. They found some leaks, sealed them (free of charge too!). Theres been a decent amount of rain this week… so far so good! Which I’m grateful for Overall, I would recommend them and go back if need be. I went with Richie's autobody and painting based off the reviews. I can confirm the positive reviews are correct. The work done and price was great. Will be returning with other cars that need some work.
Frustrating experience! I’ve left many voicemails, called many times, and sent multiple emails. No one has gotten back to me. There’s limited options on the coast and it would be considerate to let customers know if they can’t be of help before having to resort to going to the city. It’s basic customer service
