First time visiting Richie and I felt I was in great hands. He is kind, honest, and thoughtful. I’ve been looking for a mechanic that knows what he’s doing and that I trust, and I definitely found it!
My first visit to Richie's Auto was for an oil change and he was kind enough to fit me in to a busy schedule. He was kind, explained the service, cost, etc., my 2nd visit was to update the state sticker on an older car that is alway a guess if it will pass! Again, he fit me in the busy schedule then lastly, I went recently for another oil change with my new Wagoneer. Called this morning about a metal on metal sound that started this weekend. Richie & Jimmy took my car in first thing and had my car done by 1pm! I couldn't be happier the price was great. I would definitely go back.
