First time coming here and found the employees to be honest and friendly. Great communication from the start, very fair price, and a quick turn around time. Will return for any future car needs!
Cannot recommend this place enough! The customer service is truly next level. Richie and his team always go above and beyond, doing great work in a short amount of time, and for a very reasonable price. By far the best shop I’ve ever been to
I've always had really good experiences with this place in terms of price, their work and customer service. I don't know what changed recently, but through multiple instances (calls, state inspection, etc) they have been unfriendly, dismissive, and belittling. They still do good work, but maybe not the best place for certain demographics.
Anyone in the Medford or Boston area you NEED to go to Richie's! He offers TOP QUALITY auto service with such a great price. Richie is one of the most kind-hearted, caring, and genuine person I've ever met. I've been getting my oil changed by him for 3 years now and he goes above and beyond to take great care of my car. To speak to how amazing of a man and business owner he is, I walked in yesterday asking for help to change out my windshield wipers.
