Ritchie travelled around an hour to get to my house to spend the day going through a list of jobs I needed doing. Some of them weren't necessarily handy man jobs, just jobs I didn't have time to do or didn't want to do! I had been looking for an all round Handyman to help me out with a few odd jobs I needed doing around the house. Richie's experience and workmanship was fantastic. He was able to completely install a reticulation system for my yard, he also fitted and replaced internal doors plus he replaced downpipes and guttering. His prices for the work he did was very competitive to other quotes and he always showed up on time. Very happy to recommend.
Here is a list I obtained from a happy rental owner of the repairs we did on her rental property. Fix cracks above the windows. Fill gap in cornice where it pulled away from the wall. Paint ceilings. Match colour and paint walls. Fix /replace a section of oven door. Fix dripping toilet. Fix security door. Remount security screen. Repaint back door. Replace /reprogram reticulation. Replace broken down light. Mount curtains to 4 windows. Remount shelving. Fix light in toilet and laundry.
Richie's extremely professional and friendly and did an excellent job. He is well priced. I will definitely use him again if any need of his service arises, and I highly recommend him.
I called to see if Richie was available to come and give me a quote. I met him the next day. Richie's quote was very reasonable and he was basically available to start within 2 days which impressed me. He always arrived at the time he stated and was extremely reliable.
