I've never written a review before about anything but felt compelled to do so after the great experience I had getting my car worked on at Richie's. I had a noise in the right front that Pep Boys couldn't figure out and ended up charging me for something else. After reading all the good reviews I decided to take it to Richie. He had the vehicle up on the lift and took it for a test drive and by chance the noise didn't happen that day.
