Taylor, with Richfield, came out to my home and was excellent. He represents the company very well and is very professional. I will definitely keep Richfield at the top of my list!
Eric checked the two furnaces and determined the probably cause of one of them not being reliable to be a spin resistance in the fan motor. The company will find a motor and give us a quote to actually repair the furnace.
Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
First of all, Stephanie was great. She is friendly and professional. Secondly, Steven was terrific in fixing our ancient hosebib and bringing it up to 21st century standards!! It did require some manpower due to a hefty stacked laundry unit. But he and hubby worked it out. Great job at a reasonable price. Plus we got tips on other potential "challenges". We are very satisfied and highly recommend Richfield.
