We experienced a relatively emergent plumbing catastrophe which involve a toilet, overflowing and running through our vents and onto floors below. Richfield was able to come out relatively quickly. They sourced the problem, fixed the problem, and I felt very confident in the technician. We will definitely use them again for all of our plumbing needs.
The contractor was organized and provided a clear quote with a picture. While on site, the plumber explained what was going to be done (as per the description of work) with an estimated timeline. The plumber was courteous and professional. I would hire Richfield again.

Richfield plumbing installed a water heater and replaced an outdoor faucet last year. This year they checked out all of my house plumbing and replaced a bathroom faucet. They are professional, thorough, and kind. All in all excellent service and work. Steve came this time and was extremely helpful and convivial.
