Taylor came out to check an issue I had with my weeping tile flap valve and point out things that needed attention ie; improper seal that that impacted the full effectiveness of the valve. He also looked at my water heater, humidifier and water softener. I was very impressed with his knowledge and information provided. Overall a 5 out of 5 for the service provided!! Thank you!!
Awesome company. We had a bathroom installed in our basement. Great company, efficient and caring. Superior service for sure
The technician and installation were fantastic, but there were a couple of things that didn’t quite work out. First, the water tank’s outer metal has some noticeable dents. Second, the T-arm of the hose bib above the tank is a bit too short. Richfield assured me that the dents are just cosmetic, but I’m still a bit disappointed since I paid for a brand-new appliance and Richfield didn’t offer me anything to make up for it.
I have had many different plumbers come through my house for installations and service over my 40 years of home ownership. None have been as thorough and attention to detail as much as Richfield has. They have made many recommendations for things to watch in the future. If you have yet to meet Dan and his team over there, you are doing yourself a disservice. They are the best in the city hands down.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be our go to plumbers in the future.
