I advise caution. I even contacted the co founder with no response and the head of warranty. It took three times as long for them to finish our home and we are here nearly a year and the warranty department has turned over three times and they still haven’t completed everything. Entire floor had to be replaced, two bathtubs have to be replaced. And these are just the bigger items-we’re still waiting on so many other things to be done. Such poor craftsman’s ship. We started our home search journey in 2021 looking for a house and everyone told us to stay away from new home builders around here because they don’t care about their product. Well this is not true about Richfield, they are wonderful and they care! I will now say build new with Richfield. This is our first home and we love it so much!
