If you have rusting window wells have them checked for electrolysis. I contacted their Warranty department Feb 2019 with my concern about rusting. Nothing was done. I was dismissed every time I voiced a concern. Then I got a take it or leave it offer from Will Edgington that didn’t cover the cost of replacement. This is a construction defect or product liability. If you want to be ignored, dismissed, and bullied Richfield Homes will gladly accommodate. This is just one problem with their construction.
Saddler ridge Falsely advertised and mislead about allowance of livestock on properties. Originally told home build process would commence in April 2022 and take 6-8 months to complete. Up until September nothing was completed except digging the foundation. Seems the builder did this intentionally as to not void the PA. Multiple (6+) homes ahead of our build have been sitting idle for months on end, with no sign of crews and no updated timelines. To enter this contract, we had to list our house within seven days.
