If you have rusting window wells have them checked for electrolysis. I contacted their Warranty department Feb 2019 with my concern about rusting. Nothing was done. I was dismissed every time I voiced a concern. Then I got a take it or leave it offer from Will Edgington that didn’t cover the cost of replacement. This is a construction defect or product liability. If you want to be ignored, dismissed, and bullied Richfield Homes will gladly accommodate. This is just one problem with their construction.
I advise caution. I even contacted the co founder with no response and the head of warranty. It took three times as long for them to finish our home and we are here nearly a year and the warranty department has turned over three times and they still haven’t completed everything. Entire floor had to be replaced, two bathtubs have to be replaced. And these are just the bigger items-we’re still waiting on so many other things to be done. Such poor craftsman’s ship.
