The staff at Richfield Floral have always went above & beyond in ever order I’ve placed or any time I’ve received flowers. I remember that they wasn’t able to get in the exact flowers I’d ordered & they made me aware that they could substitute them with flowers as similar as possible, I was fine with that. There was a time during a busy holiday that I’d spaced off ordering flowers & called them last minute to see if I could get some sent out & once again they came to my rescue. They appear to be the only florist in town so..... options for flowers are slim for each occasion that i want to send flowers to my mom. They again let me down. I ordered flowers but got a plant with a couple little flowers. Not happy. ***UPDATE*** The owner noticed the issue with my delivery, and promptly fixed it! Even re-delivered the flowers I originally ordered within hours! THAT is customer service and customer care. I cannot thank you enough for making this right; so quickly!
