I live out of town and was in need of flowers for my grandmothers funeral. I called and told them my grandma’s name, my wishes, and budget. They delivered a spectacular, over the top arrangement. It was very affordable and thankfully in my budget. In a difficult time they made ordering flowers an easy task. Thank you.
Lily and her staff go above and beyond regarding customer service. I know that flowers, plants, and floral arrangements will always be just what I need.

Regarding Maurietta Syretts funeral we ordered flowers for my mother's casket and got a handful of wildflowers with a ribbon around it I'm really dissatisfied with Richfield floral they did not do what we asked we spent $100 for wildflowers to be put on a casket there should have been ribbons that said mother and grandmother and they weren't even on it they were on somebody else's order I will never use Richfield floral again how's that sound
