We just held a dance party here for around 130 people, from start to finish, it was an awesome venue. Met with Heidi who had a folder with all the relevant information on it. We had appetizers and desserts, then pizza's at 8:30 which are homemade and so good, everyone loved that! They also supplied all the beverages, soda, punch, coffee and infused water in beautiful self serve containers. I was to have my wedding reception at the Richfield Chalet. After a change in plans over a year ahead of time, I notified management that I would not be needing their services anymore. I was told "no problem, youll get your money back if we are able to get other business that day." Well that day has come and gone and they were able to get other business. Now the manager (Tom) is blowing me off. Competely ignoring all my calls and emails. They got my \$600 deposit; I got nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE RICHFIELD CHALET! ... read more
