RecommendedI've been using Richfield Auto Center for as long as I can remember, and the guys do a terrific job. They're fair and honest, take the time to explain what the manufacturer recommends in terms of service, and what can or cannot wait. Vinnie is just as helpful as Van was for years. I highly recommend Richfield Auto Center!
I've been taking our cars to Richfield Auto Center since we moved to Richfield over 25 years ago. These guys are great at diagnosing and performing repairs as well as all preventive maintenance (i.e. oil changes etc.). If something can be fixed instead of simply tossed and replaced, they can do that, unlike a dealership that typically specializes in just swapping parts. Prices are also very fair, mechanics very honest and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go any place else for non-warranty work.

My car was in for service today. I got a new blower motor and fan assembly, related resistor, pigtail connectors, and a new battery. Cheaper than a car payment and the best part is I trust their troubleshooting and quality of repairs. Vinnie is the best at finding and repairing an intermittent problem! I only trust my vehicles to the pros at Richfield Auto.
I've been taking my cars here for years and you can't beat the quality of service and professionalism here. The staff is also very honest and friendly.
had a bad experience, as they tried to charge $340+ for a part(+ $80 labor) that costs only $90 as my vehicle was not drivable and was towed to this place by my roadside assistance company as it was sunday afternoon and i didn't have much option to choose a service location. they donot replace a part if you offer to buy it yourself from outside stores. i then towed my vehicle to a different service location that i prefered, had to pay $20 as it was 3miles more than what i was covered free by my road side assistance.
