Very concerned people and helpful with concern with my dog...I diffidently tell everyone.
We love Dr. Beachem and his staff. Wonderful, caring people who provide appropriate and reasonable service and very fair prices. He gave us the names and numbers of 24 hour animal emergency centers should we have a problem when he is unavailable. That is the appropriate way to handle emergencies.
We tried 2 other Clinics before we found Dr. Beachem. From the moment we walked through the door my wife and I were impressed. The Clinic did not smell doggy, the staff greeted us with a smile, and they were very thorough asking us questions about our pets previous health issues. We felt uneasy transferring our records from our past Clinic but they had a form we could fill out and they faxed over for our records making this an easy transition for us. I LOVE this Clinic...I have had tried 3 other Clinics in the area. My dog has had terrible allergy problems that no one else has had been able to get under control, and after the first visit and a CORRECT diagnosis my dog has been virtually itch free. We have several pets and Dr. Beachems kind demeanor is both comforting to them but also to us their owners. The facility is a newer construction, however the vet cannot be contacted after hours for emeregencies. Vet does not have flexible schedule to see pets during and after business hours. We needed to change vets due to this.
animal Hospitals Richfield Pet is great we use them for our Ferrets because they are so close to our home.We had a sick ferret on Thanksgiving last year and they helped us out and it didn't break the bank.
