HORRIFIC Im deeply dismayed by my recent interactions with Richfield Animal Clinic. Their repeated misreading of X-rays, dismissive attitude, and refusal to acknowledge their mistakes have caused my pet significant harm and suffering. After three visits insisting my pet had a mere sprained wrist, another vet caught the severity of the issue and referred us to a surgeon.
