The only place I’ll take our cars. We have going to Richey for years. Great family business. I don’t even ask how much the service will cost because I know they will do their best to keep my costs as low as possible. Great people. Great service!
Friendly, transparent, fair price, and quality work. Will be taking my vehicles back in the future.
Communication and speed are the two things that came to mind. They did their diagnostic in one day and called me with the list of suggestions. They then got to work fixing things. I have an old Corvette so parts are not easy to find, but they did as quickly as they could and called me every couple days with an update. I will absolutely be bringing my car back here for future service!
I appreciate the people at Richey. They provide great service at a fair price. I can trust them to do a good job and keep me updated. I also appreciate them letting me know when something isn’t needed at that time.
