I would not recommend the maintenance service. I felt like they rushed things and were not thourgh enough. When brought this to their attention I feel my concerns were dismissed and ignored. They were fast and efficient I was just disappointed in the maintenance service.
These guys were fast and effcient.
I did all I could before reaching out to a professional. I ended up texting Riches HVAC and they responded right away. They were just down the street at a neighbor's and showed up within minutes. Came to the backyard unit and inspected it. Found it was a condenser coil and gave an upfront price. They put the new part in and the AC is cooling again. All of this in under 15 minutes! So happy I found this company!
My A/C unit went out on a Sunday and I had no idea who to use and I had no contacts in the industry. I got online and found Riches HVAC had stellar reviews so I decided to go with them. I made the request online and within minutes Thomas was texting me and asking questions. He fit me in the next day to come out to see what the issue was.
