My first entry into Hi-Res portable music players. Purchased a Fiio M23 online but through lack of instructions couldn't work out what folder to place the files in. Called the local Richer sounds and the guy didn't know either. After some head scratching he advised that I email Fiio direct or bring it back and trade it for the A&K which has a 5 star What HI-FI award. Went to there Southampton shop for help about some B5 and C5 tvs was helped by a very helpful and friendly chatty and awesome staff member by name of James he helped me with all info i needed and in the end choose what i was going for. I got home realized i got paid phoned him from the card he gave me with his name he helped my buy it over the phone a Samsung QN90F its a god tv lik this is a good shop worth buying from. Great store with very knowledgeable staff. No pushy sales tactics and I felt listened to and guided towards the purchases I wanted to make. Marc took the time to answer all my questions and setup the system for me to listen to before making my decision. Upon receiving I required assistance setting up and the team were very quick to help guide me through this. Very happy with purchase.
