Initially popped into the Southampton store and James kindly answered all my questions and concerns in regards to buying a new TV. He was patient and knowledgeable which helped me decide on LG G4. It's a £1,000 TV, which is a lot for someone who never bought a new TV before. However I am extremely happy with my purchase and glad I reached out to the store first to see it in person and get an expert opinion. Still amazed on how good the TV looks. Shoutout to James for helping me throughout the process.
Unbeatable service and value, my last TV lasted over ten years and a month or so ago I bought an LG C4 65", I'm more than happy with it and again the customer service was fantastic. Thank you guys

Incredible experience. Warranty is extremely generous, so when my 2019 LG had dead pixels I was offered a 50% voucher to put towards a new TV. Picked up within mins of being on the phone, excellent, friendly team at this store. Thank you!
