Great choice of equipment
Recently, purchased a TV and a soundbar. Spoke to a gentleman named Carl/Karl. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He supported us in finding the correct TV that suited our needs and also what was the best offer. He helped load the car and ensure everything was perfect. A really big thank you to the whole team!

Fabulous service from a knowledgeable team. They were patient and answered all my questions and even entertained my grandsons while I made my decision. Were certainly more helpful than their neighbours in the big shop next door.
If you are at the lower end of the budget,you will be treated like a second -class citizen. Any problems you incur will be nothing but hassle. Customer service is appalling, Head office customer services will accuse you of trying to get something for nothing, and will speak unkindly and rudely to you. A very stressful company to deal with, sadly. A bad experience all the way round.
