I've been a happy Richer Sounds customer for years but my experience with this branch was poor. Ordered some speakers over the phone and I heard nothing for a few days, despite being told I'd be updated on delivery. I get a text from DPD to say I've missed a parcel. Call Richer Sounds to see if that was my parcel and I was promised an email back with my delivery reference so I could check - this was never sent. I was a little apprehensive about going in for a record player and speakers having not had one in years and not being savvy about these things. Brendon was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy. I’m very happy with my choice and the service received. Thank you.
Great experience - the deputy manager helped me to track down items in their warehouse, get it to the store for pickup in <24hrs in busy pre-Xmas hours. 10/10 will shop here again
