Outstanding service — even almost a year after purchase! I bought an Onkyo TX-RZ30 from Richer Sounds in December 2024 to build a 7.1.4 Atmos system. Nearly a year later, once the setup was complete, I discovered the AVR only supported 7.1.2 / 5.1.4 in practice. Duty Manager has some issues with helping people and attitude. And by the reviews I am not the only one feeling dismissed and feels almost asking a favour for trying to look for a product in their own shop. Sorry that I got in your shop.
