I've used Richer Sounds multiple times over the years, but I wouldn't recommend this Central London store, quite disorganised, seems like they are interested in quick sales. I popped in for a quick discussion about an item I was interested in, but they were apathetic.
Excellent Customer Service
I recently visited with my daughter, as she was after a pair of wireless headphones. Elliot helped her a great deal, we tried quite a range, and ultimately we bought an Argon Audio pair, which was even well within our budget.
After my original review, Richer Sounds has got in contact with me and they have solved the problem. Excellent customer service the fact that they are making sure their clients are satisfied!
