I received an exceptional level of customer service at this store. Dan deserves a special mention for his helpful, efficient and friendly approach. Richer Sounds will always be my first choice for audio/visual products.
Great staff very helpful
We popped in today after calling ahead (with great phone service) to buy an entry level record player and speakers for our daughter’s birthday. We were seen to by Tayla, who couldn’t have done enough for us. Incredible customer service and knowledge advice. Thank you Tayla, one very happy bday girl here!
Extremely disappointing. Going to Richer Sounds used to be a positive and enlightening experience speaking with informed and helpful staff. This store was more like going to Curry’s and being fobbed off once the staff found out I didn’t have thousands of pounds to spend. Not much on display either. Not surprising that more of us shop online with in-store service like that. Good luck.
Excellent purchase experience. We wanted a new TV/Soundbar and spent over an hour with Dan discussing the sound system we wanted. Arranged to demonstrate the unit in the AV room which convinced us that the item was suitable. Returned again to buy (remotely) the sub-woofer (which to be fair, I was advised at the time of initial purchase that it would enhance the sounds significantly). 100% recommended.
