We were very appreciative of the excellent customer service we received from Andie at the canton richer sounds store, Andie was a breath of fresh air, very knowledgeable could not do enough for us, in this day and age that quality is very rare indeed. Buying the subwoofer was effortless everything explained, and Andie was very polite person, kept us fully informed when the item was in store which happened to be the next day how good is that for service. A fantasic store with phenomenal customer service. I've bought many times from this branch and even after my television became faulty after 4 years, they intended to get it repairs for free under their extended warranty. When this wasn't possible they gave me a credit above what the television was worth and helped me select a replacement. It might be a chain but feels like a local owned store with friendly knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.
