Great place everyone was very helpful and we will be back to buy a hot tub.
The customer service is horrible. The manager has no respect for customers. I would never recommend anyone to this place. I’m shocked the company would hire staff like that who treats customers so poorly. You want to support local businesses but they must not care about that.
Be prepared - you must give them your credit card before they come to your home...they work out of Gaylord not Cheboygan. Charged us 285 dollars just to come look at our fireplace. I understand that they need to charge for travel time, but this is a little excessive.
