Extremely bad quality pens. I purchased a Pix at a regular price and in less than six months the closing mechanism was damaged, when I even barely use it. I went to Montblanc store in Garden City NY and a very unpleasant manager named Jasmin Mendoza told me that they could not honor the warranty of their own products because it was purchased from a third party vendor. This is totally unnaceptable, this is a very irresponsible and untrustworthy compary. I‘m pretty sure that those pens are made in China instead of Germany as t... read more

As a retail consultant,I have followed the career of johann rupert with awe and admiration. He is a brilliant and visionary businessman . I am however puzzled by something I encountered recently .
