Sammi Rain Petersen, we are so sorry that you were not happy with your coloring service. Just to correct, your service was on December 28th and you did just ask us this week to fix your hair. Normally we would have absolutely no problem fixing any issues that arose but with you putting a box die on your hair after the service that we did it is really hard to guarantee any specific outcome, and at that point it is no longer fixing the service that we provided, but rather the service that you did at home. I cannot say enough about Brian and the magic he does. The first time he did my hair I hugged him and cried. The first time I actually enjoyed going to get my hair done and walked out looking and feeling fabulous. Each time I go in I walk out feeling beautiful inside and out. The fun conversations and relaxing enviroment is just an added bonus.
