Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not from all the staff but one member specifically which unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The gentleman that was also involved was trying to solve the issue with a part that was in stock but spoken for. 40 to be exact. He felt they could sell the one and order the 1 unit I required and give it to the retailer when it came in. All I can say is man! These guys here in Saskatoon have give me nothing but service! Always trying there best to find the craziest things I throw at them. Curtis thanks so much for reaching the exact product I'm looking for......your the man! Way to go team Richelieu Saskatoon!
Very helpful but unfortunately did not and could not get what I wanted, unless I wanted to pay $18 for shipping from Calgary for one cabinet knob. Disappounted in that part. Would actually like to give 3.5 stars
