Probably the worst experience I have had with Richelieu across the entire country. I don’t understand how it could be worse
One of my best places to get supplies
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not from all the staff but one member specifically which unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The gentleman that was also involved was trying to solve the issue with a part that was in stock but spoken for. 40 to be exact. He felt they could sell the one and order the 1 unit I required and give it to the retailer when it came in. He tried his best however she felt the need to misinform Curtis which I assume was a regional manager that I needed them not just the one... read more
